AMIS-RF for helipads and small aerodroms

Mini AMIS-RF is a modification of the AMIS-RF airfield aviation weather observing system designed for installation on small airfields, heliports and portable dispatch stations. With all necessary reliability and performance of the older version of Mini  AMIS-RF, it provides simpler user interface and different options for compact installation of the central system and remote weather information display equipment for mounting in a confined space.

 Mini AMIS-RF may operate in a fully unattended mode without presence of qualified operation personnel at the management console and provide the dispatchers with all necessary operating information.

 The system can work both as a fully stand-alone system processing operational weather information from the sensors installed at the installation or deployment points and displaying it on the display devices, and a weather observation network node sending collected information to the regional aviation meteorological centers. Both fixed communication lines and wireless communication lines  (radio or mobile communications) are used for data transmission.

We offer Vaisala Oyj sensors and transducers as measuring equipment for Mini AMIS-RF. This equipment supports compact installation and proved its high reliability under different operation conditions. The most significant advantage of this equipment is low requirements and rare maintenance that is extremely important to small unattended landing sites.

We can offer the following equipment based on Vaisala Oyj (Finland) sensors to equip air weather station for small airfields or heliports:

Equipment and its configuration for weather stations will be agreed with customer individually for each specific site.

For portable systems mounted on mobile platforms (vehicles), we designed ultra-portable system versions.
